Tomato One Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 6, 2026
Tomato One is developed by Bobcode s.r.o. This policy explains how Tomato One handles information when you use the app.
Information you provide
Tomato One does not require an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
Your timer settings and focus history are stored on your device. They may be synchronized between your devices using Apple's iCloud services. Bobcode s.r.o. does not use this information for advertising or analytics.
Optional analytics
Analytics are disabled by default. Tomato One presents a choice asking whether you want to share anonymous analytics. If you choose Share Analytics, the app may collect:
- Product interaction information, such as starting or stopping a timer, opening the trend chart, navigating between history months, and changing focus or break durations.
- An SDK-generated device identifier used to distinguish app installations for analytics.
This information is used only to understand how Tomato One is used and to improve the app. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking you across apps or websites. Tomato One does not send names, email addresses, timer labels, free-form text, or focus-history contents to analytics services.
Tomato One uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, and Mixpanel to process optional analytics. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your choices
You can decline analytics when first asked. You can also enable or disable Share anonymous analytics at any time in Tomato One's Settings screen. Disabling analytics stops future analytics events and resets the local Mixpanel analytics identity.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Tomato One schedules local notifications on your device to tell you when a focus or break session ends. Notification permission is managed in iOS Settings.
Children
Tomato One is a general-audience productivity tool. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Tomato One's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
